Pestos are trendy and are excellent with all types of pasta, but not only!
My Bestsellers are the very appreciated basil pesto, mint/pistachios pesto (with roasted eggplants), mint/almonds pesto (delicious with roast pork and potatoes), ruccola/goat cheese pesto (on bruschette with artichokes marinated in olive oil), pesto rosso (see picture) which suits every single dish!
